The board would like to give a big shout out to our purrtastic volunteer Megan Taylor. She's been working hard the past couple of months putting together a purrfect event for cat lovers in Campbell County: Kitty Cats & Cupcakes. The event takes place on Saturday, December 2 from 10:30 am-noon at Alla LaLa Cupcakes and Sweet Things, 204 S. Gillette Avenue in downtown Gillette.
We'll have vets/vet techs from Animal Medical Center of Wyoming on hand to talk about proper cat care, Alla LaLa will donate 25% back to Fur Kids Foundation from every cupcake sold, and cat lovers can learn about KitNipBox. Participants are also encouraged to wear their favorite cat-themed shirt (or leggings) and bring a photo of their cat at the event. Plus, you can be entered to win some purrfect prizes, including a signed copy of Jackson Galaxy’s book, Catify to Satisfy!
Thanks again Megan for putting this event together. We can't wait for it!
