Welcome to Fur Kids Foundation Vendor Application for the Mother’s Day Extravaganza Bazaar on Friday, May 8 & Saturday, May 9. We are so excited to invite you back this year. Please read our terms and conditions before completing the application.

Promotion
To help promote you, your business is mentioned on the website with link back to your website or social media page; you will also be included in our e-newsletters that are sent before the event. The Foundation also encourages vendors to post about their products or services in the event on Facebook, as well as send information to their mailing lists. Posters can be available by 4/3 if you would like to hang it or share it with others. Please send any pictures you have of your booth space and or logo to [email protected]. Please make sure you include your Business Name so we can make sure it is associated with you booth.
Booth Spaces
  • Standard Booth: 12x12 for $75
  • Each additional Booth: 12 x 12 $50 
  • Concession Booth: $200 includes space for trailer / concession area and electricity.
  • Tables: $6.50 each
  • Chairs: $2 each
  • Electricity (20 amp): $16 per outlet
  • Electricity (50 amp): $51 per outlet
Sponsorship Levels
Sponsorship prices are in addition to the other booth fees. Only 1 sponsorship per Vendor is allowed. All contracts and payments for Sponsorships are due by April 3, 2026.
  • Big Mama: $500 includes logo on all marketing, recognition at event, and premier booth space or choice of location. 
  • Lil' Mama: $250 Includes logo on poster, recognition at event, and choice of booth location. 
  • Supporting Mam: $100 includes recognition at event and choice of booth location.
Application Terms
  • Booth space applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Fur Kids Foundation is interested in minimizing the number of duplicate vendors. 
  • Fur Kids Foundation does not guarantee exhibitors exclusivity of product or service.
  • Applicants will be contacted regarding payment details once their application has been accepted.
  • Vendors must have a fully negotiated contract with payment by April 30, 2026. Contracts not paid in full by April 30th risk forfeit of reserved booth space.
  • Confirmation emails/calls/texts will be sent/made.
Booth Terms
  • All exhibits must be set up and operational by the end of the setup time. 
  • All exhibits must remain intact until 4 pm. 
  • Fur Kids Foundation reserves the right to determine the final location of any booth.
  • Vendor must remain within the confines of their assigned spaces. All personnel, merchandise and equipment must remain inside the assigned space. Soliciting in areas other than booth space is strictly prohibited.
  • No cooking is permitted in the booth.
  • Vendors are allowed to sell whatever you like. No firearms or alcohol may be sold or displayed in booths.
  • Bake goods (packaged in bulk, i.e. dozen cookies, pies, breads) may be sold, but are required to obtain/display a food permit from Doug Evans, Consumer Health Specialist 307.686.8036
  • To ensure a family-friendly environment, any products deemed offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate for children and families will not be permitted. Vendors found selling or displaying prohibited items will be asked to remove them immediately and may face additional consequences, including the potential for expulsion from the trade show.
  • During the shows, we will come around and take videos and photos of your booth. Vendors must agree to allow for photos and videos being posted for public view.
Vendor Terms
  • Vendors agree to maintain a high level of professionalism, clean clothing hair and personal hygiene.
  • Vendors agree to treat all other vendors with respect. Speaking negatively about another vendor or downgrading their products could be asked to leave.
  • Vendors will not interrupt customers when they are at another vendors booth.
  • All children and pets must be kept at your booth space, supervised, and not disturbing other vendors. In an instance that your child or pet damages another vendors property, you are responsible for the cost of any item damaged.
Liability
  • Vendor is responsible for all their items. Fur Kids Foundation is not responsible for lost, stolen, broken items.
  • Security will not be provided.
  • Any physical or verbal confrontation will result in immediate removal of exhibitor along with products or services.
  • Fur Kids Foundation is not responsible for any acts of God that my occur during the dates of the show. This includes adverse weather that may prohibit the show from happening or a vendor from being able to set up.
Payment Options
Payment cannot be taken with this online form and a
pplicants will be contacted regarding payment details once their application has been accepted. But, the following payment options are available: 
  • Check
  • Online Credit Card available on our Donation form. When you complete the form, in the "Apply My Donation To" section, select Bazaar. 
  • PayPal @furkidsfoundation. Please include a note that you are paying for the Bazaar.
  • Other payment options may be available upon request.
Refunds
  • All Booth Reservations are final. No refunds on booth rental will be issued.
Arrival
  • Prior to setting up your booth, report to Fur Kids Foundation check in / raffle booth right inside the main doors. 
Driving in the Building  
  • Before Driving in, please check with the Fur Kids Foundation check in / raffle booth right inside the main doors.
  • Drive in will only be allowed for unloading / loading from 10 am to 11am on and 5 pm to 7 pm on Saturday.
  • Trailers Must be in their spots by 9:30 am on Friday.
Parking
  • Vendors are required to move vehicles to the north end of the parking lot. No parking on the south or west side of the parking lot during show hours.
Internet Service
  • Free WIFI service is provided inside the Central Pavillion. Please reach out to Fur Kids Foundation for WIFI name and password.
Vendor Bingo
  • "Bingo" cards are provided to attendees to visit each vendor booth. This provides you an opportunity to visit with attendees about your products and services. You can choose to use a stamp to mark off your spots or your initials, whichever you prefer.
Raffles
  • All vendors have the option to donate items or services to be raffled off for our amazing customers.
  • Please have all donations to the Fur Kids Foundation check in / raffle booth right inside the main doors by May 9, 2026 at 2 pm.
Setup / Teardown / Show
  • Vendor is responsible for providing all set-up equipment. (i.e. dollies, painter's tape only, signs, table clothes etc.).
  • Vendor is responsible for setting up and taking down your booth and cleaning your area completely.
  • Set-up hours: Friday 10 am to 3 pm and Saturday 7 am to 9 am
  • Tear-down hours: Saturday 4 pm to 7 pm
  • Show Hours: Friday 3 pm to 7 pm and Saturday 10 am to 4 pm
