Angus

Meet Angus, a 6-year-old Dachshund/Chihuahua who sustained severe lacerations to his left cheek/jaw after a freak accident in his backyard. Angus had to have emergency facial surgery on Saturday, June 22, 2013. His mom reached out to the Foundation for help because she is currently unemployed but knew Angus needed treatment quickly. Angus is now healing happily at home and bossing his neighbor dogs around as usual. He has also inspired the Foundation to write a blog about dog-proofing your backyard because of the incident. We at Fur Kids Foundation wish Angus a speedy recovery.

Fur Kids Foundation can only help families with animals who need assistance because of the support from businesses, donations by individuals (like you) and fundraisers. Please consider donating to our cause.
