If you have a concern or a complaint to file regarding a veterinarian, it can be done with the Wyoming Board of Veterinary Medicine. This board's responsibility is to "safeguard the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Wyoming by ensuring that those individuals licensed to provide veterinary services in the state are duly qualified." There is a process to file a complaint against a veterinarian.
