AMC contest raises $350 for FKF
November 17, 2016—Gillette, Wyoming--Today, Animal Medical Center of Wyoming (AMC) donated $350 to Fur Kids Foundation to be used to help local families with pets with emergency veterinary costs.
Earlier this month, AMC announced on their Facebook page that for every new page like the clinic received, they would add a treat to their treat jar. When the jar became full of treats, the veterinary clinic said they would donate $350 to Fur Kids Foundation. By November 14, the jar was overflowing with treats! “We are very grateful for the continued support from Animal Medical Center of Wyoming,” says Mary Melaragno, Fur Kids Foundation president and founder. “This veterinary team has supported the Foundation since our inception—in fact, we turned to them for information before we even formed. The Foundation will use this donation to continue its mission of helped families in Gillette, Wyoming afford emergency veterinary care when they cannot afford it.” |
