Felicia J. Messimer
Felicia J. Messimer (or Lish) is a the director/media contact for Fur Kids Foundation. Her love of animals and writing is a perfect fit for the Foundation, and she spends much of her time writing blogs, updating the website and managing the marketing/media outreach for Fur Kids. She is one of three founders of Fur Kids Foundation.
Lish moved to Gillette in 2009, by way of Alaska and New Jersey/New York. She was born and raised in Wheatland, Wyoming and earned a degree in communications from the University of Wyoming. Lish's day job is a marketing specialist at Campbell County Health, but you can also find her teaching mat Pilates at Ignite Pilates, TRX and Personal Training Fitness Studio.
Lish is a graduate of the Gillette Area Leadership Institute through the Campbell County Chamber of Commerce. In 2015, Lish received a Top 40 Under 40 Award in the state.
In her spare time, Lish enjoys Pilates, spending time outside with her rescued beagles Beatrix and Cooper, photography / playing with videos, working on home improvement projects, gorging on culture, traveling, cooking and reading.
