Ladies Night Outtakes place Thursday, May 26 from 5:30-7 pm in the basement of the downtown First Interstate Bank, 222 S. Gillette Ave. The event is a fun night of shopping and socializing to help keep pets healthy in Campbell County, Wyoming! Below are more details:
More than 10 vendors are participating in the event including Annabelle’s Cookies, Clever Container, Clutter Free Living, Jewelry in Candles, Kelhi Designs, LindaKays Carmel Kitchen, LuLaRoe Lovelies, Mary Kay, Scentsy, and TuVous.
The Foundation also hosts a raffle with items provided by the vendors. Raffle costs: 1 ticket for $1; six for $6; or an arm's length for $20—drawings take place at 6:45 pm and participants do not have to be present to win.
Light hors d’oeuvres, goodies and beverages are available for a donation.
The Foundation is also selling locally made gourmet caramel apples for $7 each.
For pet owners who have a pooch with pizazz, a cat with style, or any other glamorous pet, the Foundation is encouraging community members to enter a photo in the Foundation’s Pet Calendar Photo Contest. One lucky winner will claim the spotlight on the cover, but 12 others can become month models! Below are the details:
Entries are FREE; votes are $1 each.
Participants can also "save a day" for $10 and guarantee to have their pet's photo in the calendar on a specific day, or pre-order a calendar—with free delivery if they live in Gillette.
Photos should contain pets only and images should be at least 1500 x 1200 dpi, or 1 MB in size; no Instagram-style or similarly filtered/altered images. For reference: most iPhones have an 8 megapixel camera and the Samsung Galaxy S5 phones have a 16 megapixel camera.
Also, don’t forget that for the Month of May, Red Hills Veterinary Hospital (RHVH) is offering $25 off of every spay and neuter procedure to help the Northeastern Wyoming community better care for their pets. Cost of the spay or neuter depends on the animal and the weight of the animal. The Clinic will also be asking patrons to give donations to Fur Kids Foundation. Patrons can round their bill up to the nearest dollar, or donate the amount of choice at RHVH. For more information on this spay/neuter special, please contact Red Hills Veterinary Hospital at 307.696.2525.
