Kilo (Key-low)

Kilo, a little Pombull—that’s short for a Pomeranian / Pit Bull—is the runt of the litter, but she sure isn’t short on spunk and personality. However, Kilo sure has given her family a scare the past couple of months.
A few days after Kilo’s family picked her and her sister, Roxi up, they realized the pups hadn’t been de-wormed. This family scraped their money together to get them into a vet as soon as possible. The pups bounced back quickly and Kilo was back to playing with toys, chasing her tail, bouncing off of Roxi and so forth.

Unfortunately, a couple of weeks ago, Kilo’s family saw another change in this tiny, sweet little girl. She was more cuddly than normal and would shake as if she was cold. She wasn’t eating as she had been, and she would not drink water. As time progressed, she was vomiting and couldn’t hold her bladder. It appeared that Kilo was very sick, and her family was sick with worry on how they were going to pay for another vet bill.

Through Facebook, Kilo’s family learned of Fur Kids Foundation and we were able to help them get through this rough patch.
Kilo’s family wrote: “Now baby Kilo’s right back to being her normal self and I couldn't be more grateful! Thank you Fur Kids Foundation; you all are wonderful!”

Don’t you just love happy endings—we do.
