You Are A Hero

Do you know that you’re a hero? 

You’re a hero to Precious and her family. On disability, Precious’ family was on a very tight budget. And when a lump started to grow on her belly, they were very worried about how they were going to take care of her.

You’re also a hero to Onyxx and his family. This adorable 10-month-old, blue-nosed pit bull learned the hard way not to eat random pieces of clothes and shoes. After learning Onyxx would need multiple surgeries, and no income coming into the house due to an injury, Onyxx’s parents were worried how they were going to get their pup help. 

And to Nakita and her family. After saving all their money to have Nakita spayed, the family saw that their once feisty kitty wasn’t feeling very good after the procedure. 

Can you imagine seeing your pet sick or injured and not knowing how you were going to take care of him? 

Fur Kids Foundation works to help local families and their pets stay healthy 365 days of the year. Since September of 2012, the Foundation has been able to help more than 140 families in Campbell County, Wyoming--granting more than $20,600 in aid. You helped us achieve this. You are a hero to Precious, Onyxx and Nakita and the 140+ cherished pets and families that we’ve helped. You are also a hero to this board. 

While most families can cope with the financial commitment involved in the day to day care of their fur kids, there are times when a pet gets sick unexpectedly or when a family has fallen on hard times. This is when they can turn to Fur Kids Foundation for help. Your donation truly saves lives. It goes to work helping animals receive adequate veterinary care during a time when their family may not be able to afford it.
